Returns & Exchanges

At MyPlusWear, we want you to love your fit and feel confident in every piece you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
